Corte Mainente is located near the Scaliger Castle of Soave. In just over 10 hectares, the winery produces particularly interesting wines with a distinct personality. Come and taste and discover our products.

SPARKLING WINE

Soave Spumante Brut

Grape variety: Garganega

Vineyard: The grapes to produce Soave sparkling are harvested at the
beginning of September to have a basic wine with good
acidity and the right alcohol level (10,5% vol).

Winemaking: The second fermentation take place in a closed stainless steel
tank so that the alcohol level reaches 12% and the carbon
dioxide remains in the wine.

Tasting notes: Pale yellow in color, to the nose comes the scent of white
blossoms and peach. Fresh and with a balanced and long
finish.

Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif and an optimal companion for fish
courses.

Serve at: 6-10 °C

Alcohol: 12,00%

WHITE WINE

Vigna Cengelle

Grape variety: Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave

Vineyard: Soave Vigna Cengelle is produced with grapes grown at the foot of
Monte Tenda near the town of Soave just outside the classico
area. The soil is calcaric and clay. The vine training system is
the traditional Veronese pergola. The vines are 35 years old
on average.

Winemaking: Harvested at the beginning of October.
Fermented and aged in temperature controlled cement
tanks. The wine is bottled in spring.

Tasting notes: Medium intensity nose with white blossom. Fruity – pear and
red apple. Medium body, pleasant and balanced.

Pairing: This wine is good as an aperitif, perfect during the whole
meal and excellent with fish dishes and soup.

Serve at: 10-12 °C

WHITE WINE

Pigno - Soave Classico DOC

Grape variety: Garganega 100%

Vineyard: The grapes of Soave classico Pigno are grown in a
single vineyard located on the historical hills of Soave in the
area of Pigno.
The soil is volcanic. The vine training system is the
traditional Veronese pergola.

Winemaking: Harvested in the middle of October.
Fermented and aged in temperature controlled cement tank.
The wine is bottled in spring.

Tasting notes: Straw-yellow wine with reflection of green is distinguished by
its wide range of flavours, reminiscent of almond, jasmine
blossoms and camomille. In the mouth, it is fullbodied,
harmonious and has a long-lasting finish.

Pairing: Soave classico is a white wine suitable to accompany the
whole meal. The balanced flavour is perfect with rice,
vegetables but also with fish and white meat.

Serve at: 10-12 °C

WHITE WINE

Netrroir

Grape variety: Garganega 100%.

Vineyard: This wine is produced with a selection of the best grapes of
our vineyards , some of the grapes are dried for a few weeks
in our traditional drying room.

Winemaking: This wine is fermented and aged in old barrels and cement tanks. The fermentation takes around one
month from the middle of November to middle of
December. The wine is then aged for one year.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with golden flecks. Intense, complex aroma with
notes of spice, peach blossom and almond, giving way to ripe
Mediterranean and tropical fruit. Soft, rounded flavour with
balanced acidity. Elegant with a long final.

Pairing: This wine is a good partner for special meals. The full
bodied taste is ideal with some salty and flavoured dishes.
Good with mature cheese, white meat and fish.

Serve at: 10-12 °C

RAISIN WINE

Luna Nova - Recioto di Soave DOCG

Grape variety: Garganega 100%

Vineyard: The grapes to produce Recioto di Soave are selected and
hand picked in the middle of September. We choose only
the best grapes because the skins must be strong for a good
drying. The grapes remain in the drying room over
traditional “arele” (drying racks) until middle / end of
February for the appassimento.

Winemaking: Fermented and aged 50% in barrique and 50% in cement
tank.
The wine is bottled after one year of aging.

Tasting notes: A bright golden yellow with amber hues. The bouquet
contains camomile flowers, acacia honey and dried apricots.
The flavour corresponds to the scent, offering a wellbalanced,
seductive path towards a fresh almond finish..

Pairing: It perfectly accompanies every kind of cake, especially those
typical of Veneto.

Serve at: 10-12 °C

Tenda SOAVE CLASSICO

Grape variety: Garganega 100%

Vineyard: The grapes of Soave classico Tenda are grown in a single vineyard located on the historical hills of Soave in the area of Monte Tenda. The soil is lime stone. The vine training system is the traditional Veronese pergola. The vines are more than 30 years old on average.

Winemaking: Harvested in the middle of October. Fermented and aged in temperature controlled cement tank. The wine is then aged for one year in cement tank.

Tasting notes: Straw-yellow color. Aroma of white flowers and white pulp fruit. In the mouth it is fullbodied and harmonious.

Pairing: Tenda is good to pair with cheese, white meat, fish and sea food.

Serve at: 10-12 °C
